Its rubber composition gives it exceptional flexibility through freeze-thaw cycles, outstanding resistance to UV degradation, and the ability to accommodate building movement without cracking.

For buildings in climates with harsh winters or significant thermal movement, EPDM is frequently the more durable long-term choice. We install fully-adhered, mechanically-fastened, and ballasted EPDM systems.
