EPDM has been protecting commercial buildings for over 50 years — one of the most field-proven roofing materials ever developed. Its rubber composition gives it exceptional flexibility through freeze-thaw cycles, outstanding resistance to UV degradation, and the ability to accommodate building movement without cracking.
For buildings in climates with harsh winters or significant thermal movement, EPDM is frequently the more durable long-term choice. We install fully-adhered, mechanically-fastened, and ballasted EPDM systems.

We work on commercial buildings of all sizes, but our sweet spot is large-format industrial and warehouse properties — typically 20,000 to 500,000+ square feet. We have the crew size, equipment, and project management capacity to execute large projects without subcontracting critical work.
Can you work around our operations? We can't shut down for roofing.
Yes — and this is something we do regularly. We develop phased project plans that let active warehouses, manufacturing lines, and retail operations continue running during roof work. We establish clear sequencing, debris control protocols, and communication procedures so your operations are minimally affected. We also offer off-hours and weekend crews when required.
Is TPO or EPDM better for my building?
It depends on your building's specific conditions — climate, internal temperature load, drainage situation, and existing roof assembly. In general: TPO tends to perform better in hot climates with high cooling loads (its white surface reflects heat significantly), while EPDM often outperforms in cold climates and on buildings with more structural movement. We'll walk through the trade-offs at your site assessment and give you a recommendation with honest reasoning.
What warranty coverage do you provide?
We provide a workmanship warranty on all installations, and we register manufacturer warranties on materials (which cover the membrane itself). For TPO and EPDM systems, manufacturer warranties typically run 10–30 years depending on membrane thickness and the manufacturer's program. We'll specify the exact warranty coverage in your project proposal so you know exactly what you're getting before any contract is signed.
How long does a commercial flat roof installation take?
It varies by square footage and complexity, but as a rough guide: a 50,000 sq ft warehouse roof typically takes 2–3 weeks for full replacement under normal conditions. We provide a detailed project schedule with your proposal so you can plan around the work. Weather delays are always a factor in roofing; we communicate proactively when schedules shift.
Do you handle the permits and engineering?
Yes. We manage permit applications, handle any required engineering documentation, and ensure the installation meets all local building codes and manufacturer installation requirements. You don't need to coordinate with the building department — that's our job.
